Bilal Erdoğan said that he watched the match where Fenerbahçe defeated Samsunspor 3-2 in the last minute with President Erdoğan, adding, "I jumped for joy at the 3rd goal, our President laughed a lot at me."
Bilal Erdoğan, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Ilim Yayma Foundation, met with young people at the "Words in Youth during Ramadan" program held in Ankara. Known to be a devoted Fenerbahçe supporter, Erdoğan stated that he watched the match where the yellow-navy blue team defeated Samsunspor 3-2 in the 90+5th minute together with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
"I SHOUTED AND JUMPED OUT OF JOY"
Bilal Erdoğan, who noted that the last-minute goal in the match where Fenerbahçe took the field under the management of Domenico Tedesco and ended the first half 2-1 behind excited him greatly, described those moments with the following words:
"While watching the Fenerbahçe - Samsunspor match with our President, I shouted and jumped out of joy at the third goal. Our President laughed a lot at me. When you haven't seen a championship for 11 years, you want to see your team experience a championship."

In his speech, Bilal Erdoğan also touched upon Fenerbahçe's long-standing longing for a championship and appreciated the success of their eternal rival Galatasaray in Europe. Emphasizing the importance of national points and national pride in football, Erdoğan reminded of the historic victories of the yellow-red team against the English representative Liverpool.
"Galatasaray's ability to defeat Liverpool twice in the same year and the football they played is commendable. One should take pride in a Turkish team's success in Europe. I wish our own team could reach that point as well. We will continue to pray; there is no other way."
FENERBAHÇE WON IN THE LAST MINUTE
Last week, Fenerbahçe hosted Samsunspor at Chobani Stadium. The yellow-navy blue team fell behind in the 11th minute but equalized with Guendouzi's goal in the 15th minute. Fenerbahçe fell behind again in the 23rd minute and ended the first half 2-1 down.
