BOAT CAPSIZED DUE TO HEAVY RAIN

The boat, carrying a family of 9 who were returning from crossing the river to collect fruit after a wedding ceremony, capsized due to heavy rain on the way back. SEARCH FOR 3 MISSING CHILDREN CONTINUES
