The moments experienced by Twitch streamers Adapt and Maya Higa during their live stream in Alaska took everyone's breath away. As a giant brown bear hunting salmon came within mere meters of the group, the streamers, guided by their guide, tried to remain calm and still. While the bear continued hunting salmon without turning toward the people, an extremely frightened Adapt described the experience, saying, 'I thought it was all over.'
Giant bear Twitch streamers Adapt and Maya Higa came very close to the group during their stream in Alaska. The streamers, who were in the area to observe wildlife, experienced extremely tense moments as a brown bear approached them while hunting salmon.
In the footage recorded during the live stream, the streamers were seen waiting without panicking and avoiding sudden movements after noticing the bear.
APPROACHED STREAMERS WHILE HUNTING SALMON
During the incident, the brown bear's main target was not the streamers but the salmon in the shallow water. The animal, advancing to hunt salmon, came quite close to the spot where Adapt, Maya, and the group with them were located.
As the bear approached, those in the group stayed where they were. The streamers were seen trying to stay calm by following the directions of the guide accompanying them.
The bear, without attacking the group, continued on its way and headed toward the area where the salmon were.
THEY WAITED MOTIONLESS
The presence of the giant animal right next to them caused highly tense moments for the streamers. Adapt and Maya tried not to make any sudden moves while tracking the bear's behavior.
In the footage, the bear was seen focusing on salmon hunting rather than paying attention to the streamers. After a while, the dangerous encounter ended without any attack.
Describing the fear he experienced after the bear moved away, Adapt said, "I thought everything was over."
