After waiting for a while, the mother first held her child on the windowsill and then jumped from the third floor herself. Those moments were recorded by a mobile phone camera, and both the mother and child were taken to the hospital.

SHE FIRST THREW HER CHILD DOWN, THEN JUMPED HERSELF
The fire broke out around 7:00 PM on the top floor of a three-story building located in the Yenidoğan neighborhood. For an unknown reason, the fire started, and the mother, taking her child with her, went to the window. After holding her child on the ledge for a while, the mother threw the child into the void and then jumped herself.

Those moments were recorded by bystanders with a mobile phone, while the fire was quickly brought under control and extinguished by the fire brigade. The injured mother and child were taken to the hospital by medical teams. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
