A Pakistani cargo aircraft lost communication approximately 300 nautical miles from Karachi during a flight from Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE), to Karachi, Pakistan, and subsequently disappeared. It was reported that the aircraft, carrying 5 crew members, had suddenly lost 34,000 feet in altitude according to radar records.

CARGO PLANE MISSING
A cargo aircraft belonging to Pakistan went missing after losing communication while flying over the sea during a flight from Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to Karachi, Pakistan. In a statement issued by the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), it was stated that communication was lost with the Boeing 737 aircraft, flight number "KTA1732", at 21:32 local time, and no information could yet be obtained regarding the status of the aircraft.
Authorities reported that there were 5 crew members on board and that the aircraft went missing off the coast of Ormara in Pakistan's Balochistan province, approximately 300 nautical miles (about 555 kilometers) from Karachi.
LOST 34 THOUSAND FEET ALTITUDE
It was stated that the aircraft, traveling from Sharjah to Karachi, suddenly lost 34 thousand feet of altitude in radar records. The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority also announced that the cargo plane went missing after reporting an engine failure.
After the loss of communication, a search and rescue operation was launched to locate the aircraft, and it was stated that teams were continuing their efforts to reach the missing plane.
