In the investigation conducted by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the juvenile branch of the 'Casperlar' criminal organization, a lawsuit was filed against 51 juvenile suspects on 17 charges. It was determined that the suspects carried out 22 acts against 3 victims of murder and 28 victims of other crimes.
Within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the juvenile wing of the 'Casperlar' criminal organization, an indictment was filed against 51 child suspects on 17 counts of crimes. It was determined that the suspects carried out 22 acts against 3 murder victims and 28 victims.
THEY HAVE COMMITTED EVERY CRIME UNDER THE SUN
A new investigation has been launched against the 'Casperlar' criminal organization, led by İsmail Atız, whose members were identified as being involved in crimes such as 'robbery', 'intentional injury', 'threat', 'drug trafficking', 'prostitution', and 'deprivation of liberty' primarily in the Bahçelievler district, as well as in the Küçükçekmece and Bağcılar districts.
INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST 51 CHILD SUSPECTS
The investigation conducted against a total of 51 child suspects, 30 of whom were arrested, who were found to be linked to the incidents, has been completed.
Within the scope of the investigation into the juvenile wing of the organization, it was determined that the suspects carried out 22 acts against 3 murder victims and 28 victims.
An indictment was prepared by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Juvenile Crimes Investigation Bureau against the individuals on a total of 17 counts of crimes, including 'being a member of an organization established to commit crimes', 'making propaganda of the organization or its aims', 'intentionally endangering public safety', 'damaging property', 'attempted intentional murder', and 'purchasing, carrying, or possessing unlicensed firearms and ammunition'.
The prepared indictment was sent to the Bakırköy Juvenile Heavy Penal Court.
