In Isparta, a decapitated male body was found near a burned vehicle. The body was identified as belonging to 39-year-old shepherd Ferdi Özdemir, who lived in the village. The Isparta Governorship announced that efforts are ongoing to clarify the murder.
The lifeless body of a person was found near a burned vehicle in the mountainous area of Aydoğmuş village, located in the Keçiborlu district of Isparta.
According to information obtained from Aydoğmuş village in the Keçiborlu district of Isparta, citizens who saw a person lying motionless near a burned vehicle in the mountainous area reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center.
HEADLESS MALE BODY FOUND
Upon the notification, gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the area. In the examination conducted by the teams that arrived at the scene, it was determined that there was a headless male body.
IDENTITY CONFIRMED
In the investigation, it was determined that the body belonged to 39-year-old shepherd Ferdi Özdemir, who was reported missing in the village. The identity was confirmed after his relatives were brought to the area for identification. Gendarmerie teams found that Özdemir's head was separated from his body, and extensive security measures were taken in the area. Ferdi Özdemir's body was taken to the morgue for autopsy after the examinations at the scene.

In a statement made from the social media account of the Isparta Governorship, it was stated, "On December 5, 2025, the lifeless body of our citizen F.Ö., whose bodily integrity was compromised, was found near a burned vehicle in Aydoğmuş village, which is part of our Keçiborlu district. Efforts to clarify the murder, which is considered to have been committed brutally, and to capture the perpetrators are being carried out decisively and continuously by all our units. The judicial investigation is ongoing in a multifaceted manner under the coordination of the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. There should be no doubt that the perpetrators will be caught and brought to justice as soon as possible."
