A chilling incident occurred in Istanbul. In the afternoon, a report came from Emirgan Street 1 in the Emirgan neighborhood of Sarıyer.
"I CAN'T REACH MY DAUGHTER, SHE IS LYING UNCONSCIOUS"
According to the information obtained, Aydan Vural's (36) mother, who is married and a mother of two, reported to the police, "I can't reach my daughter, I came to her house and from what I saw through the window, she is lying unconscious." Police teams were dispatched to the scene upon the report.
VURAL AND A MALE INDIVIDUAL WERE FOUND SHOT IN THE HEAD
Investigating teams found Aydan Vural and a male individual lying next to her, both shot in the head and deceased. Investigations revealed that the male individual was Gökhan Meral (36), and it was alleged that he had been in a long-term relationship with Vural and had constantly threatened her.
Additionally, it was determined that Meral had five criminal records, and he was found to be in possession of one firearm. An investigation has been initiated by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the incident, and the bodies were taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution for autopsy procedures.
