It was also stated that the number of people affected by the floods has reached 345,204. In Sudan, between July and October, more than 100 people lose their lives and tens of thousands of homes, businesses, and agricultural lands are damaged as a result of floods and flash floods. The rains and floods that have been effective in the country since June have led to the spread of cholera. In this period when the healthcare system is not functioning effectively due to the ongoing war in Sudan, the spread of epidemic diseases further complicates people's lives.
