CHP PM Member and Shadow Minister of Justice Prof. Şule Özsoy Boyunsuz made statements in a live broadcast regarding the steps to be taken if they come to power. Explaining the changes that can be made through legislation related to the judiciary, Boyunsuz said, "We will first invite those who were eliminated in past interviews to the judge and prosecutor exams we will open."
CHP PM Member and Shadow Minister of Justice Prof. Şule Özsoy Boyunsuz made striking statements about the changes to be made in the judicial system if they come to power during a live broadcast she attended.
Boyunsuz stated that candidates who had previously passed the written exam but were eliminated in the oral interview in judge and prosecutor exams would be called back.
“WE WILL FIRST CALL THOSE ELIMINATED IN THE PAST”
In her statement, Boyunsuz used the following expressions: “We will immediately call the candidates from past exams who passed the written exam but were eliminated in the oral interview. And we will reopen the exams.”
“WE WANT TO INCREASE MERIT”
Boyunsuz, emphasizing merit in the judicial system, also spoke about the new exam system to be implemented. Boyunsuz said, “To increase merit, we will conduct these exams based on written test results. Then, for example, if we are to take 200 judges in the oral interview, we will call 200 judges.”

Boyunsuz’s statements have brought the interview processes in judge and prosecutor recruitments, which have been frequently debated in public in recent years, back to the agenda.
