The 45th Civil Court of First Instance in Istanbul ruled to continue the interim measure in the lawsuit filed for the annulment of the CHP Istanbul Provincial Congress and the suspension of the elected administration. Gürsel Tekin will continue in his position, and the next hearing will be held on October 16.

The court has issued a new interim decision in the case filed for the precautionary removal of the provincial chair and provincial executive board elected at CHP's 38th Ordinary Istanbul Provincial Congress and for the annulment of the decisions taken at the congress. 

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE WILL CONTINUE

In line with the interim decision, the previously implemented precautionary measure will remain in effect. With the court's decision, it was ruled that Gürsel Tekin would continue in his position.

CASE ADJOURNED TO OCTOBER 16

The court decided to continue the judicial process regarding the case, adjourning the next hearing to October 16.
