New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon faced a protest from a pro-Palestinian activist. The activist, approaching the Prime Minister, began his speech by accusing the New Zealand government of not taking sufficient steps regarding Gaza.

The activist said, “You are supporting the genocide in Gaza,” arguing that the Luxon administration should pursue a tougher policy toward Israel. The protester also criticized the government for not imposing sanctions on Israel.

FORCIBLY ESCORTED OUT

Raising his voice, the activist targeted the government with the words, “You should have imposed sanctions on Israel, but instead you supported Israel.”

The protester then said regarding the children in Gaza, “They killed 20,000 children and you gave money to Israel. They starved the children in Gaza and you gave money to Israel.”

After tensions escalated, the protester was forcibly removed by security forces.
