At least 16 people were killed in an attack by the Russian army on a shopping center in the city of Kryvyi Rih, the hometown of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Commenting on the attack, Zelensky said, "This is sheer Russian brutality. They are simply monsters. We will definitely respond."
