According to information obtained from high-level sources in Iran; the draft memorandum envisions a complete cessation of military operations against Iran and Lebanon in the first phase and the prevention of new military actions. Additionally, the USA plans to provide security guarantees to prevent the re-escalation of tension in the region.
FROZEN ASSETS WILL BE RELEASED
According to the draft text, once the agreement begins to be implemented, some of Iran's frozen assets will be released. Simultaneously, the process of suspending some sanctions will begin in order to revitalize economic relations and pave the way for oil sales.
MARITIME AND TRADE RESTRICTIONS WILL BE LIFTED
One of the important articles of the memorandum was the reduction of restrictions in the maritime field. Iran's maritime trade will return to normal conditions, and existing obstacles on the international shipping route will be removed.
