The echoes of the process that began with MHP Leader Devlet Bahçeli first shaking hands with DEM Party members in the Parliament and then facilitating Abdullah Öcalan's visit to the DEM Party group, where he called on the PKK to lay down their arms and announced the dissolution of the organization, continue. The day before yesterday, an attack with an explosive device was carried out on a police vehicle in Şırnak last night.

Two handmade explosives (EYP) were thrown at the police vehicles on duty in Şırnak. The bombs, whose origin is unknown, exploded one after another. As a cloud of smoke enveloped the area, the residents of the neighborhood experienced great fear.

RESIDENTS WERE LEFT ASTONISHED

At the time of the incident, two people were seen walking on the street and two others were chatting on the stairs. The citizens were bewildered by the explosion. Teams began to examine the security cameras that monitor the street and neighborhood, as well as the city security cameras (KGS). There were no fatalities or injuries in the incident. The police have launched an investigation into the matter.

ARE THESE EVENTS COINCIDENTAL?

In these days when the goal of a terrorism-free Turkey is being voiced in the political arena, the attack on the police vehicle in Şırnak the night before yesterday and the one on TUSAŞ yesterday raised the question, "Are these events coincidental?"
