The payment schedule for the holiday bonus, covering approximately 17 million retirees before Eid al-Adha, has been finalized. Retirees will receive a bonus of 4,000 lira. While some salary payments for SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees have been brought forward, salaries and bonuses will be deposited into accounts together between May 17 and 22.
The payment schedule for the holiday bonus concerning millions of retirees was announced before Eid al-Adha. According to the planning of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, retiree bonuses will be deposited into accounts between May 17-22. Some retiree groups' pension payments will also be moved forward and deposited together with the bonuses.
COVERS 17 MILLION RETIREES
In the statement made by the Ministry, it was stated that the payment process covering approximately 17 million retirees has been completed. It was stated that the holiday bonuses will be transferred to accounts in the third week of May, and it was noted that citizens do not need to apply for payment.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR SSK RETIREES
The payment dates for retirees receiving salaries under SSK are listed as follows:
- Those whose salary day is between May 17-22 will receive their payments on their own day.
- Those whose salary day is May 23 and 24 will have their payments made on May 21.
- Those whose salary day is May 25 and 26 will have their payments deposited into accounts on May 22.
SCHEDULE FOR BAĞ-KUR AND CIVIL SERVANT RETIREES
The payment plan for Bağ-Kur retirees was announced as follows:
- Those whose salary day is May 25 and 26 will receive their payments on May 21.
- Those whose salary day is May 27 and 28 will be able to receive their payments on May 22.
- The Eid al-Adha bonuses for civil servant retirees will be deposited into accounts on May 20.
HOLIDAY BONUS IS 4 THOUSAND LIRA
The amount of the holiday bonus to be given to retirees this year has been set at 4 thousand lira.
Payments to be made to citizens receiving survivor’s pension and disability income will be as follows:
- Those with a 75% share will receive 3 thousand lira
- Those with a 50% share will receive 2 thousand lira
- Those with a 25% share will receive 1 thousand lira.
Payments for citizens receiving permanent disability income due to work accidents or occupational diseases will also be calculated according to their disability degree and deposited.
