The DEM Party delegation visited MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli at his office in the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM).

The meeting at Bahçeli's parliamentary office was attended by TBMM Deputy Speaker and DEM Party Van MP Pervin Buldan, along with DEM Party Şanlıurfa MP Mithat Sancar.

During the meeting between the DEM Party delegation and MHP leader Bahçeli, discussions are expected to focus on the legal regulations that emerged following the work of the National Solidarity, Brotherhood, and Democracy Commission.

DEM PARTY ALSO MET WITH AK PARTY

İmralı Delegation members Pervin Buldan and Mithat Sancar had also met yesterday with AK Party Deputy Chairman Efkan Ala and AK Party Group Leader Abdullah Güler as part of the 'Terror-Free Turkey' initiative.

It was stated that the meeting addressed the legal regulations arising from the work of the National Solidarity, Brotherhood, and Democracy Commission, as well as the next stages of the process. While the DEM Party continues to expect the framework law related to the process to be passed before the TBMM recess, the scope of the legal regulation and the parliamentary calendar were also expected to be evaluated during the meeting. Before the meeting, when asked by journalists, Pervin Buldan said, "We are waiting for news. We are here; whenever they say come, we will go."

The meeting took place following the July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day programs held at the TBMM. No detailed statement has yet been made regarding the content of the meeting.
