It has been revealed that Dilan Polat, who was referred to Bakırköy Mental and Nervous Diseases Hospital in the past months, stayed with the ruthless killer Rabia Çataklı, who had a crisis and killed her mother and grandmother and dismembered them. Polat, who learned that she would be transferred back to the hospital because she harmed herself in prison, submitted a petition to the prison administration in order not to stay with Çataklı.
Last November, Dilan Polat, who was arrested, was referred to Bakırköy Mental and Nervous Diseases Hospital in the past months because she did not feel well psychologically. It was revealed that Polat stayed with the brutal killer who killed her mother and grandmother and dismembered them. Dilan Polat, who was planned to be referred to the hospital again, took action.
"DOES NOT WANT TO STAY WITH RABİA ÇATAKLI" In the video published on her YouTube channel, journalist Emrullah Erdinç provided information about Dilan Polat's hospital and prison process. Erdinç said, "When Dilan Polat was referred to the hospital on New Year's Eve, she stayed in the same ward with Rabia Çataklı, who threw her mother into the street by dismembering her in 110 places and her grandmother in 6 places. Polat, who learned about Çataklı's situation, could not sleep until morning. In fact, at that time, she gave the heart-shaped pajama set, which was popular with her, to Rabia Çataklı because she liked it. Polat submitted a petition stating that she did not want to stay in the hospital and said, 'I want to stay with my sister Sıla instead of staying here.' She was then referred to prison. After the new Forensic Medicine report, Dilan Polat, whose referral to the hospital is discussed, submitted a petition to the prison administration and said, 'My health is good due to the medication I have been given.' Dilan Polat does not want to stay in the same hospital ward with Rabia Çataklı. The decision will be announced in the coming days."
SHE HAD KILLED HER FAMILY AND EATEN HER OWN FINGER In the incident that took place in Devrek district of Zonguldak, 31-year-old Rabia Çataklı, who had psychological problems, had a breakdown and caused a disaster. Çataklı dismembered her 56-year-old mother in 110 places and her 77-year-old grandmother with an axe and threw them into the street. Çataklı, who was taken into custody, had bitten off her little finger during the health check-up at the hospital. The culprit, who was given 5 sedative injections and arrested, said in her statement, "I don't know why I did this. I felt like I was going to die. I felt like I was the Mehdi. I was told that they were devils and that I had to kill them. So I did. I killed them. I loved both of them very much."

As part of the investigation conducted by the Anatolian Republic Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Terrorism and Organized Crime Investigation Bureau, 12 suspects, including Dilan Polat and Engin Polat, were arrested and sent to Marmara Prison on November 5, 2023. Dilan Polat, who has been in prison for 6 months, was the subject of many investigations, including the shooting of Banu Parlak's workplace and the fight with her neighbors.
On April 19, a release decision was made for Dilan Polat regarding the investigation opened against the Polat Family, which was the first investigation opened, within the scope of the money laundering investigation, but it was decided to continue their detention for the other 3 crimes.
