President Erdoğan, who made evaluations regarding the discussions about trustees within the CHP and the statements of Kılıçdaroğlu, said, "They don't have the opportunity to serve because they are too busy fighting. It is impossible not to feel alarmed or ashamed in the face of what they have done to a person they have buttoned up to for 13 years. The game in Byzantium, the fight in the CHP never ends."
Discussions continue following the words of the former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, "I will not hand over the party to a trustee." In a statement to TGRT News Ankara Representative Fatih Atik, Kılıçdaroğlu said, "There is no court decision yet. Even if there is, I will not leave the party to a trustee. The comments made are a trap set for both the CHP and myself. It is meaningless to say that if I do not accept the duty, the decision becomes void. Would it be better if a trustee comes? Even the timing of the convention has become uncertain. Who will manage the party, and how? The CHP cannot be handed over to a trustee," he said.
ERDOĞAN ALSO COULDN'T REMAIN INDIFFERENT
The issue has also entered the agenda of President Erdoğan. Answering questions from journalists on the plane returning from the NATO Summit, Erdoğan stated that the opposition is preoccupied with its internal problems and is not providing services.

In his statement, Erdoğan said, "Unfortunately, the CHP is in a paralyzed state today. Now you see some saying, 'I am coming back after 4 years.' Others are asking, 'Who might come?' They have no words left regarding Turkey's fundamental issues, and they have made a whole party a prisoner of the ambitions of a handful of 'opportunists,'" he expressed.
"THEY THINK POLITICS IS JUST THEIR SHALLOW POOLS"
Continuing his criticisms more harshly, Erdoğan said, "While so many events are happening around us, did you see any approach from the CHP like 'we think so too'? They cannot bring any proposals because they have no ideas. They think politics is only about their shallow pools. They are trying to float a cheese ship with words, unaware of the ocean. They are too busy fighting to find time to serve. The municipalities they manage have all raised the bankruptcy flag. The situation is not good at all. Corruption, irregularities, extortion, and bribery are rampant," he stated.
IS IT A SIGNAL FOR A NEW OPERATION?
Referring to corruption operations against CHP municipalities, Erdoğan said, "Recently, the evidence and documents presented by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office are all out in the open. Not only Istanbul but also other provinces are unfortunately in a disastrous situation. It is impossible not to be alarmed or feel ashamed in the face of what they have done to a person they have buttoned up to for 13 years. Dear friends, what do they say? In Byzantium, the game never ends, and in the CHP, the fight never ends," he said.
