Drone attack on Russia: 3 children killed

In a Ukrainian drone attack on Russia's Krasnodar, fragments hit a special children's center, killing 3 children and hospitalizing 6. Russian authorities stated that civilian infrastructure was targeted.

Russia's Commissioner for Children's Rights, Maria Lvova-Belova, reported that 3 children died at a "special children's center" as a result of a drone attack by Ukraine on the city of Krasnodar.

In a statement on her social media account, Lvova-Belova stated that the Ukrainian army carried out a drone attack on the city of Krasnodar.

3 CHILDREN KILLED, 6 INJURED

Lvova-Belova, noting that the fragments of the shot-down drones fell on a "special children's center" in the city, said, "As a result of the attack, 3 children were killed, and 6 children were hospitalized."

Krasnodar Regional Governor Veniamin Kondratyev also stated in his social media statement that civilian infrastructure was targeted in the attack.

DRONE FRAGMENTS HIT APARTMENT BUILDINGS

Kondratyev said, "Drone fragments hit apartment buildings and residential buildings under construction. Emergency services are continuing their work at the scene."

In a statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense, it was noted that 351 Ukrainian drones were destroyed by air defense systems overnight over various regions and over the Azov and Black Seas.
