Within the framework of the 13th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States, in addition to diplomatic contacts in Ankara, steps for family- and women-focused cooperation also came onto the agenda. SPOUSES OF LEADERS CAME TOGETHER IN ANKARA
Emine Erdoğan, wife of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, came together with the spouses of the leaders of member countries at the 1st High Advisory Board Meeting of the Family and Women's Council held in Ankara within the scope of the 13th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
At the meeting of the council, whose first step was taken during its establishment process, the protection of the family institution, the empowerment of women in social life, and the development of cooperation among member countries in these areas were discussed.

In a post on her social media account regarding the meeting, Emine Erdoğan expressed her satisfaction at coming together with the spouses of leaders.
Stating that through the council, efforts to strengthen the family and women are intended to be brought together on a common ground, Erdoğan said:
"We believe that keeping the family, which is the invisible fortress of our societies, strong is possible by supporting women in all areas of life. With this understanding, we attach importance to benefiting from the experiences of our countries and producing solutions to the problems we face with common wisdom."

Wishing that the council would develop cooperation in the field of family and women in the Turkic world, Emine Erdoğan thanked those who contributed to the organization of the meeting.
Erdoğan thanked the spouses of the leaders in particular, the Ministry of Family and Social Services, the relevant ministries of the member countries, and everyone who contributed to the process, and wished that the council would strengthen the bonds of brotherhood.
