CHP member Eren Erdem announced his resignation from the party through a venomous post on his social media account. Erdem stated that he was referred to disciplinary action because he opposed the appointment of individuals associated with criminal gangs as mayors and expressed his dissatisfaction with the accounts managed by Murat Ongun targeting him. Erdem warned the party leadership, saying, "I am warning the party leadership. If the party is going to be manipulated by anonymous accounts on a payroll and you turn a blind eye to it, rest assured that tomorrow this situation will hurt you the most."

Erdem stated that he was referred to the disciplinary committee for reacting to Ongun's anonymous accounts targeting him and warned the party management, saying, "I warn the party management. If the party is going to be designed with paid anonymous accounts and you turn a blind eye to it, believe me, this situation will hurt you the most in the future."

"I DID NOT THROW ATATÜRK'S CHAIR IN FRONT OF MY PARTY" 2-) I did not throw Atatürk's chair in front of my party! I did not insult previous and current party leaders! I did not engage in favoritism! I did not employ my friends and relatives in CHP municipalities! I entered politics as someone who pays rent, and I still live the same way! I did not secretly support other parties during election time! I did not hold "party design meetings" while the party was in the election process!
3-) I risked leaving my beloved child fatherless for nearly 2 years without expecting any personal gain from politics. My character was put in front of a conspiracy court! I did not say a word! In the end, I was acquitted, but I considered what was done to my mother, my family, and my child as a price paid for my party!

Didn't this person cause a lynching and remorse by feeding the paid anonymous accounts when Ali Mahir Başarır mentioned that Özgür Özel could be the presidential candidate? If a municipal employee (Murat Ongun) is the person who determines the party's attitude towards the 5th gangs and if he is given these privileges, if the party is going to be designed with paid anonymous accounts and you turn a blind eye to it, believe me, this situation will hurt you the most in the future!

7-) It is clear that a healthy path cannot be followed with a resentful and purging understanding that makes one remember their attitude at the congress when they see every party member, instead of a principled struggle for power, with the feeling of "let's become the ruling party no matter what, even if it means compromising with the current order," and not understanding the difference between being in power and being powerful!
In this context, I cannot surrender my will to a person who was rewarded by a mayor and made "YDK Chairman" for insulting the General Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu while he was still a district chairman! For this reason, I am resigning from my party, which I am proud to be a member of. Just like before, I entrust my will and honor to my party organizations."
