Management at Galatasaray, under Okan Buruk, has taken action. The yellow-reds, who will extend their contract with Okan Buruk, will make new agreements with four of their players.

Setting the bar much higher for the upcoming season, Galatasaray aims to win the Trendyol Super League for the 5th consecutive time and reach the Champions League quarter-finals.

AREAS FOR TRANSFERS

The yellow-red management, which plans to strengthen its squad during the summer transfer window with a center-back, a central midfielder, a number 10, and an alternative striker, is not rushing into external transfers for now due to foreign player quota restrictions.

4 SIGNINGS IN INTERNAL TRANSFERS

Having pressed the brakes on the external market, the management has decided to fill this gap with an internal transfer operation. Aiming to preserve the core of the championship squad and reward success, the yellow-reds are preparing to sit at the table with head coach Okan Buruk and the team's key players.

NEW CONTRACT WITH OKAN BURUK

At the center of the internal transfer moves is head coach Okan Buruk, who holds a lion's share in the achieved successes. The yellow-red management's first action will be to sign a new contract with the experienced coach.

4 PLAYERS TO BE SIGNED AS WELL

After Okan Buruk, attention will turn to the team's key players. Accordingly, a special step will be taken for successful goalkeeper Uğurcan Çakır, who was one of the greatest architects of the championship with his performance last season. The management plans to significantly improve the experienced goalkeeper's salary due to his loyalty and contribution, raising his annual fee to 200 million TL. Besides Uğurcan, new contracts are also targeted to be signed very soon with Abdülkerim Bardakcı, Ismael Jakobs, and Mario Lemina.
