Esin Bahat, a member of the Manifest group, made a statement regarding the lynching she received about her appearance. Not remaining silent against the lynching, Bahat stated that she has been receiving psychological support for four years.
Regarding comments made about her appearance on social media, Manifest member Esin Bahat spoke on Arem Arman's YouTube program. Bahat said, "Of course, I am saddened by the incoming lynchings. I laugh a lot at the things shared about my appearance. But when it is done systematically to undermine a person's psychology, I wouldn't want it for myself or anyone else."
'I HAVE BEEN GOING TO A PSYCHOLOGIST FOR FOUR YEARS'
Bahat clearly expressed the impact of lynchings and emphasized that being human requires natural emotions: "Of course, I am sad. I don't cry for hours, but I am receiving psychological support. I have been seeing a psychologist at regular intervals for four years. Even to make peace with oneself, one needs to see a psychologist."
The famous singer highlighted how social media lynchings can push personal boundaries and the importance of seeking professional support. Her statements were found to be both sincere and brave by her followers.
''PEOPLE MAY NOT LIKE ME''
This came after Esin Bahat's emotional post in October. Bahat expressed the difficulties she faced due to negative comments about her appearance with the following words: "I see what you write. I feel sad when I read it, sometimes I cry, and I question things about myself. People may not like me, but I am just trying to improve myself, understand, and empathize. I regularly go to a psychologist. I am really affected, but I think there is nothing I can't get over, so there is nothing to be done."
