The wave of change that started with the provincial chairmen after the local elections on March 31st and continued with the replacement of 2 ministers in the cabinet shows no signs of slowing down in the AK Party. As all eyes turn to the Central Decision and Executive Board (MKYK) meeting to be held on July 23rd for the party's internal changes, according to a rumor circulating in Ankara's political circles, some deputy chairmen will be dismissed after the MKYK meeting.
In the local elections on March 31, the CHP emerged as the first party with 37.7 percent, and the AK Party, which fell behind, had initiated a change. After the dismissal of some provincial chairmen, a Cabinet reshuffle was made recently, with Prof. Dr. Kemal Memişoğlu appointed as the Minister of Health and Murat Kurum appointed as the Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
EYES ON THE MKYK MEETING ON JULY 23
While it is rumored in AK Party circles that the change will not be limited to these names, all eyes are now on the MKYK meeting to be held on July 23.

According to Türkiye Gazetesi, some deputy chairmen may be dismissed after the MKYK meeting. It is even claimed that some of the deputy chairmen have started packing their offices and preparing to say goodbye.

It is stated that the AK Party's congress schedule will be discussed at the MKYK meeting, and it is also noted that the process of change, which has started in provincial and district chairmanships, will continue.
THERE MAY BE A NEW CHANGE IN THE CABINET
In the new period starting in October, it is speculated that there may be some changes in the parliamentary group management, and a new change in the Cabinet will take place parallel to the congress schedule.
