The actor, who said he made payments to his friend for a house he wanted to buy in installments, stated that he experienced a major shock when the contractor called him during the title deed process. Buldu, who learned that the money he sent never reached the contractor, described the situation as a "disaster."

The famous actor, popular for his character Bilal in Güldür Güldür, described the process he went through. Buldu said he later learned that the money he sent for the apartment, which he was paying in installments, never reached the contractor.
“I TRUSTED MY FRIEND AND SENT THE MONEY”
Buldu stated that he made a deal to buy a house from a contractor introduced by a friend, and explained that he sent the payments to his close friend. The actor said, “I was sending money to my friend saying I would pay as I work. Turns out the friend was spending the money.”
HE LEARNED THE TRUTH AT THE TIME OF THE DEED
Buldu said that the contractor called him when the deed procedures were approaching, and described his shock with these words:
“He told me, ‘You look like a naive kid. When are you going to pay?’ I said, ‘Sir, I paid everything.’ It turned out none of the money had gone to the contractor.”
