In the scope of the investigation into the Ahbap Association, singer Gökhan Özoğuz, host Öykü Serter, and announcer Ece Üner came to the courthouse to testify. The examinations regarding the association continue.
It was learned that within the scope of the "Ahbaplar Criminal Organization" investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the prosecutor's office summoned famous news anchors Ece Üner and Fatih Portakal, lawyer Feyza Altun, singer Gökhan Özoğuz, and host Öykü Serter to give a statement for consultation.

In this context, today, famous anchor Ece Üner, singer Gökhan Özoğuz, and host Öykü Serter came to the Istanbul Palace of Justice to give their statements.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVESTIGATION AND ALLEGATIONS
Within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the Ahbap Association, 25 suspects were taken into custody; 19 of them were referred to the duty Criminal Court of Peace with a request for arrest, and 6 with a request for judicial control. Among those referred with an arrest request, 14 people were arrested: Haluk Levent, Ece Güner, İlker Çetin, Nurdan Eriş, Yusuf Can Ertit, Kemal Ötünç, Şehmuz Baştuğ, Abdulcevat Özkan, Emrah Gödeliner, Erhan Dökmeci, Halil Bostancı, Mehmet Ulu, Yeliz Kaya, and Zafer Yay.
In the Ahbap investigation, suspects including Haluk Levent face charges of "establishing an organization with the intent to commit crimes," "qualified fraud," and "money laundering."
Later, in a subsequent operation, social media influencer Oğuzhan Uğur, along with Ersin Gökgün, Muharrem Karataş, Gülgün Öztürk, Emre Kartaloğlu, Hüseyin Küçük, Suzan Düşküner Mintaş, Fatih Eke, and Emir Taşar, were arrested.
