The forest fire that broke out in Fethiye's Göcek neighborhood quickly grew due to strong winds and reached İnlice neighborhood. As the flames threatened residential areas, gendarmerie teams began evacuation efforts in İnlice neighborhood.

In firefighting operations, 14 helicopters, 5 firefighting planes, 21 water tankers, 9 water trucks, 3 bulldozers, and a total of 200 personnel are on duty.
