THEY WORKED AT PORTO
Jose Morais started his coaching career by managing the youth team at Benfica and first worked with Mourinho at Porto.
Morais worked as an assistant in Mourinho's team, which took over Porto on January 23, 2002. Porto won the league championship in Portugal that season and then the UEFA Cup. After leaving Porto at the end of that season, Morais joined the Italian representative Inter in 2009 as Mourinho's assistant.
The two coaches achieved great success with Inter in the 2009-2010 season. Inter lifted the Serie A and Coppa Italia trophies that year, and also reached victory in the Champions League, winning a European trophy under Mourinho's leadership after 38 years.

The 59-year-old Morais, who managed the Al-Shabab team in Saudi Arabia, came to our country in 2016 and took over Antalyaspor. Returning to Turkey after 9 years, Morais took over Bodrum FK at the end of the 22nd week, replacing Volkan Demirel. The experienced coach, who achieved a tremendous rise with the green-whites, remained undefeated in 6 Super League matches and 1 Turkish Cup match. Under Morais's management, Bodrum FK did not concede any goals, achieving a total of 5 victories and 2 draws. The Aegean representative, who climbed out of the relegation zone and reached the quarter-finals in the cup, has reached a whole new level.
