In Kocasinan district of Kayseri, according to allegations, a fight broke out between a son-in-law going through divorce proceedings with his daughter and the father-in-law, during which the father-in-law shot and wounded his son-in-law and another person with a pistol. The father-in-law, who was injured with a knife in the fight, was taken into custody after treatment.
In an incident that occurred in the parking lot of a building on Karpuzatan Avenue in the Kocasinan district of Kayseri, an argument broke out between father-in-law D.K. and his son-in-law E.D. (37), who was reportedly in the process of divorcing D.K.'s daughter.
SON-IN-LAW AND HIS COMPANION SHOT
As the argument escalated into a fight, D.K. shot his son-in-law E.D. and his companion M.K. (24) with a pistol. During the fight, E.D. was also stabbed in the leg. E.D. was taken to Kayseri State Hospital by his relatives, while E.D. and M.K. were taken to Kayseri City Hospital. Upon notification, numerous police teams were dispatched to the area and the hospitals. Police teams took security measures at and around the scene and conducted an investigation.
TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AFTER TREATMENT
It was learned that E.D. and M.K., who were injured by gunfire, are in life-threatening condition, while D.K., who was stabbed, was discharged after treatment and taken into custody. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
