In the Canik district of Samsun, a 23-year-old mother of two complained that her 56-year-old father-in-law sexually harassed her while her husband was in prison. Based on the audio recordings presented by the daughter-in-law, the father-in-law was taken into custody and subsequently arrested by the duty court and sent to prison.
The person detained in Samsun on allegations of harassment against his daughter-in-law was arrested by the court he was brought before.
PRESENTED AUDIO RECORDINGS
The incident occurred in the Canik district. According to the allegations, M.K. (23), a mother of two whose husband has been in prison for a year, filed a complaint claiming that her father-in-law A.K. (56) sexually harassed her. M.K. also presented audio recordings of her conversation with her father-in-law as evidence.
SENT TO PRISON
Following the complaint, A.K., a father of three, was taken into custody by the Canik District Gendarmerie Command and was referred to the Samsun Courthouse today. After giving a statement to the duty court, A.K. was arrested and sent to Samsun T-Type Closed Prison.
