Journalist Fatih Portakal gave a statement at the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan as a "witness" within the scope of the investigation into the Ahbap Association. Speaking to reporters before going to the prosecutor, Portakal said, "We will give a statement. There is nothing else."
Within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the Ahbap Association, many people, including the association's founder and chairman singer Haluk Levent and social media influencer Oğuzhan Uğur, were arrested on charges of "Violation of the Associations Law," "Money laundering," and "Abuse of trust."
3 INDIVIDUALS GAVE TESTIMONY YESTERDAY
It was learned that within the scope of the investigation, Ece Üner, Fatih Portakal, Feyza Altun, Gökhan Özoğuz, and Öykü Serter were to be heard as "witnesses" yesterday. In the afternoon, Ece Üner, Öykü Serter, and Gökhan Özoğuz came to the Istanbul Justice Palace in Çağlayan and gave testimony to the prosecutor's office.
FATİH PORTAKAL ALSO GAVE TESTIMONY
Today, in the morning hours, journalist Fatih Portakal came to the Istanbul Courthouse with his lawyer to give testimony as a "witness" within the scope of the investigation.
"WE WILL GIVE TESTIMONY"
Portakal, while heading to the prosecutor's office, responded to journalists' questions by saying, "We will give testimony as a witness, that's all. Together with my lawyer. Apart from that, nothing else." It was reported that Portakal left the courthouse after the procedures.
