Fenerbahçe announced that Marco Asensio will not be in the squad for the Aston Villa match as a precaution, while Lukaku and Kante will be in the match squad.
Here is Fenerbahçe's statement:
''Ahead of the Aston Villa match, our players' health conditions were evaluated by our medical team and technical staff.
Due to the impacts they received in the last match, reactions were detected in the knee areas of Marco Asensio and N'Golo Kanté, and in the calf area of Romelu Lukaku.
As a result of the evaluations, taking into account Marco Asensio's program, which foresees a gradual increase in his match minutes after rehabilitation, it was decided that he would not be included in the squad as a precaution; while N'Golo Kante and Romelu Lukaku were included in the match squad.''
