The will of Ferdi Tayfur, whose death has plunged the art community into mourning, has been revealed. Tayfur's niece, Şirin Gözalıcı, announced on her social media account that the master artist donated a portion of his assets to the Turkish Armed Forces, the Darüşşafaka Foundation, and LÖSEV. It is noteworthy that the names of his daughter, Tuğçe Tayfur, and his son, Timur Tayfur, who donated a kidney to the artist, were not mentioned in the signature section of the announcement.
One of the leading names in Arabesque music, Ferdi Tayfur, passed away on January 2 due to liver and kidney failure. His death deeply saddened the art community and his fans, and many of Ferdi Tayfur's admirers flocked to the memorial ceremony held at AKM.

The veteran artist's press advisor and also his niece, Şirin Gözalıcı, announced on her social media account that Ferdi Tayfur's will had been revealed. Ferdi Tayfur's will is as follows: "The tree of our family, our beloved father, has had his will announced today. In fact, he wanted to share this announcement with his loved ones himself, but unfortunately, he did not live long enough. This honorable duty has fallen to us. Our father has once again shown his love and devotion to his people by donating a part of the assets he acquired with the strength and love given by our people to the Turkish Armed Forces, the Darüşşafaka Foundation, and LÖSEV. As his family, we are infinitely proud of our father. May his place be paradise."
