A fire broke out in a lien parking lot in Bornova district of Izmir. 50 motorcycles and 12 vehicles became unusable in the fire. It is claimed that the fire spread from a grassy area.
In a fire that broke out at a impound lot in Bornova district of Izmir, 50 motorcycles and 12 vehicles were burned and unusable.
IMPOUND LOT OVERCOME BY FLAMES
The fire occurred around 19:00 at the impound lot in Doğanlar neighborhood. Flames, which started for an undetermined reason and grew rapidly, spread to the motorcycles and vehicles in the lot. Upon notification, health, police, and numerous fire brigade teams were dispatched to the area.
VEHICLES AND MOTORCYCLES REDUCED TO ASH
The fire was extinguished as a result of intense efforts by the teams. In the fire, 50 motorcycles and 12 vehicles, including light commercial vehicles, trucks, and cars, were rendered unusable. While it is claimed that the fire started in a grassy area next to the lot and spread to it, an investigation has been launched into the incident.
