SAVED THE BABY GOAT FROM DEATH

The artist, who removed the stones one by one and extracted the baby from its location, delivered the small goat to its mother. The moments when the mother goat and her baby reunited created emotional scenes in the area.

DREW ATTENTION TO HANTAVIRUS DANGER WITH HIS FOLK SONG

Describing the incident he experienced, Aydın Aydın made a call for sensitivity towards nature and animals. In his speech, the artist particularly drew attention to the risk of hantavirus and warned citizens about hygiene.

"We did not listen to nature, we did not listen to the forest, we destroyed the homes of animals," said Aydın, adding that caution should be exercised regarding contact with rodents.

After the rescue moment, the artist picked up his saz and performed folk songs about hantavirus and coronavirus.

"PLEASE SLAUGHTER ANIMALS ACCORDING TO ISLAMIC METHODS"

Aydın Aydın spoke here using the following statements:

“I am the first artist in the world to make a duet with animals. I said ‘tüü’ and the lambs said ‘meee’. Every year during Eid al-Adha, I come together with animals, we sing folk songs and songs. This year I came to Hakkari as well. 2-3 days ago, I coincidentally came across the cry of a very important mother. I saw that a mother goat was shouting. I couldn’t understand it at first, the second time I went close to her. There was a baby trapped in a dark place among the stones. It couldn’t go to its mother, and its mother couldn’t go to it. I took it from where it was stuck and brought it to its mother. The two were reunited. These are the most beautiful gifts of our Almighty Lord to us. Please slaughter them in accordance with Islamic rules, pay attention to hygiene, and love them very much.

"LET'S KEEP SOME DISTANCE FROM RODENTS"

“This Eid al-Adha, let’s also eliminate close contact and kissing. In 2017, we eliminated kissing in Bağışlı village of Hakkari, but we didn’t learn from life. We didn’t listen to nature, we didn’t listen to the forest, we didn’t listen to the soil, air, or water. We destroyed the homes of animals, and now those animals have become our enemies. Let’s keep some distance from rodents. Because there is a great hantavirus danger. Let’s stay a bit away from squirrels, mice, and cats. Now, I will take my saz and sing you folk songs about hantavirus and coronavirus,” he said.
