After former Minister Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya was referred to the court with a request for arrest as part of the fund investigation, striking messages came from the AK Party front. Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek, AK Party Deputy Chairman Faruk Acar and Secretary General Eyyüp Kadir İnan, in their statements, emphasized justice, trust in the law and the party's stance.

In the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the arrest of former Minister of Family and Social Services Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya was requested. AK Party Deputy Chairman Faruk Acar also gave a message of support for the President's stance and trust in the realization of justice in his statement.
Acar used the following expressions in his post:
“Our support for our President's determined stance, our trust in the law and our belief in the realization of justice are complete.”
EYYÜP KADİR İNAN'S “THE SUN CANNOT BE PLASTERED OVER WITH MUD” MESSAGE
AK Party Secretary General Eyyüp Kadir İnan, in his statement, reacted to criticisms directed at the party. İnan used the following expressions in his post:
“Let those who are defeated by their own ambitions and deaf to the truth know that the mud you throw at our party, which is 'AK' as its name, will remain only in your own hands, one by one.
The sun cannot be plastered over with mud.”
KAYA WAS REFERRED TO THE COURT WITH A REQUEST FOR ARREST
Within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding transactions in the capital markets, Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya was referred to the magistrate's court with a request for her arrest on charges of “Membership in an Organization Established for the Purpose of Committing a Crime” and “Violation of the Capital Markets Law.” In the same investigation, judicial control measures were requested for Kaya's husband, İlyas Kaya, and former CMB Chairman İbrahim Ömer Gönül.
