The treatment of Hüsamettin Cindoruk, a prominent figure in Turkish politics and former President of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, who was hospitalized due to various health issues, is ongoing in the intensive care unit.
Former Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Hüsamettin Cindoruk, was hospitalized at Koç University Hospital after his oxygen saturation dropped at home. It has been reported that the 92-year-old Cindoruk, who was admitted to the intensive care unit, is currently receiving treatment.

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel spoke on the phone with Ufuk Söylemez, the National Center's Ankara Representative and former State Minister, to get information about Cindoruk's health status. Özel stated that they are closely monitoring Cindoruk's health condition and expressed his hope for his swift recovery.
WHO IS HÜSAMETTİN CİNDORUK?
Ahmet Hüsamettin Cindoruk, born in 1933 in İzmir, graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1954 and entered politics at a young age in the youth branches of the Democratic Party.
He was elected as the chairman of the True Path Party on May 14, 1985. After leaving the chairmanship to Süleyman Demirel, whose political ban had ended, he served as the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey from 1991 to 1995. On April 17, 1993, following the death of President Turgut Özal, he assumed the presidency temporarily and held this position until May 16.
Throughout his political career, Cindoruk held high-level positions in parties such as the True Path Party, the Democratic Turkey Party, and the Democratic Party.
