Naim Atmaca, appointed by Kılıçdaroğlu as the Nazilli District Chair, was denied entry to the party building.
THEY LOCKED THE DOOR AND SET UP A BARRIER
In Aydin, Atmaca and those accompanying him were prevented from entering the CHP Nazilli District building by party members. While Atmaca and his team were not allowed into the building, the team of CHP Group Leader Özgür Özel set up a barrier in front of the door inside.
NEW DISTRICT CHAIR POUNDED ON THE DOOR
During the tension, Naim Atmaca was seen pounding on the door of the party building. Party members inside closed the door and blocked entry.
DISTRICT CHAIR HAD ANNOUNCED REMOVAL FROM OFFICE
CHP Nazilli District Chair Aslı Ökmen, in a statement on her social media account, had announced that she was removed from duty by the MYK decision. Ökmen described this decision as "a political purge operation against the will of the party base."
PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATION ALSO CHANGED
Meanwhile, following the absolute nullity decision in CHP, a change was also made in the provincial administration in Aydin. CHP Aydin Provincial Chair Hikmet Saatçı and the provincial administration were dismissed, and Vasıf Süha Bayırlı was appointed in Saatçı's place. It was stated that the appointment letter had reached the provincial chairmanship.
