The Do Not Forget Your Brothers Association (KUDER) continues its preparatory work for the sacrificial organization it will carry out in Africa during Eid al-Adha.
The Do Not Forget Your Brothers Association (KUDER), which has completed field planning for the organization carried out in Nigeria, Cameroon, Chad, and Somalia, has begun its work regarding the supply of sacrificial animals, the determination of slaughter areas, and the distribution organization.
During the preparation process, field screenings are being conducted to identify needy families in the region, while it is planned to start the sacrificial slaughters from the first day of the Eid. After the slaughters, it is aimed to deliver the meat to the needy according to the determined schedule.
In the specified regions of these African countries, it has been determined that low-income families, in particular, have difficulty accessing basic food needs, and many families cannot find the opportunity to consume meat throughout the year.
Do Not Forget Your Brothers Association (KUDER) executives Yunus Aslım and Mehmet Derindağ stated that the donations entrusted by benefactors will be meticulously delivered, saying, "Our sacrificial organization is being closely monitored in the field, and the entire process is conducted transparently."
The association has set the price for an overseas sacrifice at 5,900 TL; and the price for vow (adak), aqiqah, and thanksgiving sacrifices at 4,500 TL. The statement also noted that videos of the sacrificial slaughters are shared with donors, thus ensuring the process is carried out transparently and reliably.
Benefactors who wish to make a sacrificial donation can contact the association via the address www.kardesleriniunutma.org.tr or through the contact line at 0 553 629 14 44.
