According to a report on Sky Sports, it was stated that Galatasaray is interested in Michael Zetterer, who plays for Bundesliga team Werder Bremen. It was reported that the experienced goalkeeper is at the top of the yellow-red team's list.
It was noted that Werder Bremen's young goalkeeper Mio Backhaus is expected to become the team's first-choice goalkeeper in the future, which may lead to Zetterer's departure being approved.
Michael Zetterer, who started his football career in Germany and transferred to Werder Bremen in 2015, has played on loan for SK Austria Klagenfurt and PEC Zwolle. This season, the 29-year-old goalkeeper has played in 16 matches, conceding 25 goals while keeping a clean sheet in four matches.
