Galatasaray has signed a 3.5-year contract with Colombian footballer Carlos Cuesta. The yellow-reds will pay a total of 8 million euros (298 million lira) to Cuesta's former club Genk for his transfer. The payment will be made in installments over three seasons.

Galatasaray has signed a 3.5-year contract with Colombian Carlos Cuesta. The yellow-reds will pay 8 million euros (298 million lira) to Cuesta's former club Genk for the transfer.
NET 8 MILLION EUROS WILL BE PAID
The club's statement indicated that this amount will be paid to Genk in installments spread over three seasons.
In a statement made from the club's X account, it was announced that "an agreement has been reached regarding the transfer of professional football player Carlos Eccehomo Cuesta Figueroa with his club K. Racing Club Genk 322 VZW. In this context, a total net transfer fee of 8,000,000 EUR will be paid to the player's former club in installments spread over three seasons."
A 3.5-year contract has been signed with the player, effective from the 2024-2025 season. Accordingly, the player will receive: a net of 650,000 EUR for the second half of the 2024-2025 season, a net of 1,450,000 EUR for the 2025-2026 season, a net of 1,550,000 EUR for the 2026-2027 season, and a net of 1,650,000 EUR for the 2027-2028 season as guaranteed salary," it was stated.
