President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced a comprehensive improvement in marriage loans provided through the Family and Youth Fund. Reminding that in addition to financial support ranging from 200 to 250 thousand Turkish Liras, a decision was made to write off 12 installments for couples who have a child during the repayment period, President Erdoğan also gave the good news that if they have a second child, the entire remaining debt will be granted.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who made evaluations regarding the agenda after the Cabinet Meeting, announced good news for citizens benefiting from the marriage loan provided through the Family and Youth Fund.
ALL DEBT OF COUPLES WITH A SECOND CHILD WILL BE CANCELLED
Reminding that in addition to the financial support of 200 to 250 thousand TL, a decision was made to cancel 12 installments for couples who have a child during the repayment period, President Erdogan announced that if a second child is born, the remaining debt will be fully granted.
The relevant part of President Erdogan's statements is as follows: 'Through the Family and Youth Fund, we support our young people who want to start a family with an amount between 200 and 250 thousand TL. We provided a convenience for our young people who benefit from the loans and have a child during the term. We had decided to grant the 12-month installments of couples who have their first child during the repayment period and to postpone their remaining installments for 12 months. Now we are taking this one step further. If a second child is born during the repayment period, we will grant all remaining installments. I wish our young couples well.'
