In the investigation into the Ahbap Association, the prosecutor's office proceedings have been completed for Haluk Levent, who was detained over allegations of transferring aid funds collected for earthquake victims into personal accounts and involvement in millions-worth gambling claims. Haluk Levent and 19 suspects, including lawyer Ece Güner, have been referred to court with a request for arrest.
Within the scope of the investigation conducted against the Ahbap Association, 19 suspects, including Haluk Levent, who were detained, were referred to the duty judge with a request for arrest, 5 suspects with a request for judicial control, and 1 suspect with a request for judicial control in the form of house arrest.
Within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the Ahbap Association, the procedures of 24 suspects, including association president Haluk Levent, at the Istanbul Police Department's Financial Crimes Branch Directorate have been completed. After undergoing health checks in the morning, 23 suspects were referred to the Istanbul Justice Palace in Cağlayan. Following their procedures, 23 of the suspects were referred to the Istanbul Courthouse in Cağlayan. It was learned that one suspect was released after police procedures. It was also learned that the statement procedures of the other suspects are ongoing.

Among the suspects whose statement procedures at the prosecutor's office were completed, 19 people, including Haluk Levent, were referred to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace with a request for arrest, and 6 people with a request for judicial control.
