Rockets were fired from besieged Gaza towards Israel. The Israeli army announced that air raid sirens were heard in the capital, Tel Aviv. Hamas's armed wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades, confirmed that they attacked the Israeli capital, Tel Aviv, with rockets.

On the anniversary of the October 7 attacks, in which over 40,000 people lost their lives, rockets were launched from Gaza, which is under Israeli blockade, towards the capital Tel Aviv.

SIRENS IN TEL AVIV

The Israeli army's Homefront Command announced that air raid sirens were sounded in Tel Aviv following the launch of the rockets. Hamas's armed wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades, confirmed in a statement that they had attacked the Israeli capital Tel Aviv with rockets.

OTHER CITIES ALSO TARGETED

Israel stated that five rockets were detected launched towards nearby cities, including Holon and Bat Yam, in addition to Tel Aviv. The rocket attack by Hamas occurred on the anniversary of the attack it carried out in southern Israel on October 7.
