A token-operated charity fountain encountered by a citizen caused surprise with its appearance, different from the traditional concept of a charity fountain. A citizen who encountered a token-operated public fountain could not hide their astonishment at the system they saw. Seeing that a token was required to use the fountain, the citizen recorded their surprise and questioned the situation.
The citizen's questioning, particularly the difference between the meaning of the word "hayrat" (public fountain/charity) and the token system, drew attention.
"SO WHAT IS THE MEANING OF HAYRAT?"
Stating that they had never encountered a similar application before, the citizen used the following words in response to what they saw:
"So what is the meaning of hayrat? This is the first time I've seen something like this. Isn't it a charity done without profit motive?"
The citizen's words also brought up the question of why the token-operated system is called a hayrat.
