In Kayseri, a driver who mounted the curb after failing to take a turn in a panel van refused to blow into the alcohol meter, telling police officers 'you can't do that.' The driver, whose license had previously been confiscated for 'driving under the influence of alcohol,' was issued an administrative fine of 350,000 Turkish Liras under the relevant traffic regulations. Additionally, the driver, who refused medical treatment, caused difficulties for the health teams that arrived at the scene for him and resisted them leaving the location.

CAUSED ACCIDENT, REFUSED TREATMENT
In the accident that occurred on Mustafa Kemal Pasha Boulevard, Mevlana Neighborhood, Kocasinan, a panel van driven by F.B. with license plate 38 ANL 625 failed to take a curve and mounted the sidewalk. Upon the report, police and medical teams were dispatched to the area. While police took security measures around, F.B. refused the medical teams' offer of treatment. After refusing treatment, F.B. caused difficulties for the medical teams, leaned against the ambulance door to prevent it from leaving, and resisted for a long time.
FINE OF 350 THOUSAND TL ISSUED
Upon the notification, traffic teams from the Traffic Enforcement Branch Directorate arrived at the scene. When the teams attempted to conduct an alcohol test, F.B. refused the test. Implying that the police could not issue a fine, he said, 'you can't do it.' It was learned that F.B.'s license had previously been confiscated for 'driving under the influence of alcohol.' An administrative fine of 350 thousand TL was issued to F.B. under the relevant traffic articles for refusing the alcohol test and for driving despite his license being confiscated. During the checks, it was determined that the panel van driven by F.B. was uninsured and had no inspection.
The vehicle was removed with a tow truck and pulled to the parking lot.
