In Zonguldak, Erol Türksever (45) lost his life after being trapped under a collapse in an illegal mine where he was working with his son. The incident occurred around 11:00 in Dilaver Mahallesi. A collapse happened while father Erol Türksever and his son, whose name is unknown, were working together in an illegal mine. His son, who was uninjured, removed Türksever from under the rubble and called the 112 Emergency Call Center for help.
INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED INTO THE INCIDENT
Upon the report, health, police, and AFAD teams were dispatched to the area. Erol Türksever was taken to Zonguldak Atatürk State Hospital by ambulance after initial intervention by the health team. Despite all treatments, Türksever could not be saved.
An investigation has been launched into the incident.
