HE VOMITED IN THE CAR

The incident occurred around 16:30 in the side street of Dumlupınar Boulevard in the Meltem neighborhood of the Muratpaşa district. According to the information obtained, Onur Ö., who had a meeting at the Probation Office in the Courthouse Annex located in Mehmet Neighborhood, asked his friend Zekeriya Yalçın to take him to the courthouse by car. Yalçın, who stated that he felt unwell on the way and moved to the back of the vehicle, vomited several times there.

HE REFUSED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL

Zekeriya Yalçın, who did not accept Onur Ö.'s request to take him to the hospital, arrived at the courthouse with his friend. After parking the vehicle by the roadside, Yalçın, who lay down inside the car, asked Onur Ö. to bring him ayran after he finished his business.

HE ENCOUNTERED HIS FRIEND'S CORPSE WHEN HE RETURNED

Onur Ö., who left Zekeriya Yalçın in the vehicle and went to the courthouse for his meeting, returned about 1 hour later. Seeing Zekeriya Yalçın motionless in the vehicle, Onur Ö. called the 112 Emergency Call Center to report the situation. Despite all the interventions of the 112 Emergency Health team that arrived at the scene, it was determined that Zekeriya Yalçın had lost his life.

During this time, Onur Ö. helplessly watched the health team's efforts to revive his friend. After the work of the Antalya Police Department's Homicide Bureau and Crime Scene Investigation team, Zekeriya Yalçın's lifeless body was taken to the Antalya Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for the determination of the exact cause of death.
