A quarrel that started during an order between a customer and a female employee at a cafe in Avcılar quickly escalated. An investigation was launched following a complaint about the customer, who trashed the place and threatened the employee while leaving.
According to an incident that occurred at a café in the Ispartakule neighborhood of Istanbul's Avcılar district late at night, a customer who came to the café ordered a lemonade, as alleged.
During the order, tension arose between the customer and a female employee due to the conversation. The dialogue between the parties quickly turned into an argument.
"WHO ARE YOU?" ARGUMENT
In the footage, the man was seen ordering by saying, "Give me a lemonade." When the female employee responded with, "What do you mean 'give me'?" the customer said, "Could you give me a lemonade?"
The conversation between the customer and the employee then continued as follows:
"Okay, let me see it"
"Let me see it?"
"Who exactly are you?"
"Who are you!"
SCATTERED ITEMS ON THE COUNTER
As the argument escalated, the customer scattered items on the counter. The incident was ended without further escalation as bystanders intervened. The suspect then left the premises.
FEMALE EMPLOYEE FILED A COMPLAINT
The female employee working at the café claimed that the customer threatened her as he left and filed a complaint with the police.
Following the complaint, an investigation was launched, and police teams began efforts to apprehend the suspect who fled after the incident.
